We are thrilled to invite you to the 14th IEEE Region 10 Humanitarian Technology Conference (R10-HTC) 2026, held in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand, from October 26–28, 2026. Under the theme “Empowering Humanity Through Emerging Technology & Innovation,” this flagship event serves as a premier platform for researchers and industry professionals to showcase technological solutions to global challenges and advance societal well-being.

 Call for Papers: Share Your Impact

We invite original research submissions (3–5 pages in IEEE format) across six globally relevant tracks:

• Track 1: Disaster Management and Resilience Technologies.
• Track 2: Healthcare Technologies for Underserved Communities.
• Track 3: Sustainable Development and Environmental Technologies.
• Track 4: Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Technologies.
• Track 5: Education and Capacity Building through Technology.
• Track 6: Digital Inclusion and Connectivity for All.

Key Deadlines:

• Full Paper & Tutorial Proposal Submission: April 25, 2026.
• Notification of Acceptance: June 25, 2026.
• Early Bird Registration: Starts July 20, 2026.

The conference will be hosted at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, located in the heart of Bangkok. The venue is easily accessible via a 10-minute walk from the Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link Station. Additionally, Thailand offers visa exemptions for citizens of 67 countries and territories, making international travel convenient for our global community.
