We are thrilled to invite you to the 14th IEEE Region 10 Humanitarian Technology Conference (R10-HTC) 2026, held in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand, from October 26–28, 2026. Under the theme “Empowering Humanity Through Emerging Technology & Innovation,” this flagship event serves as a premier platform for researchers and industry professionals to showcase technological solutions to global challenges and advance societal well-being.

We invite original research submissions (3–5 pages in IEEE format) across six globally relevant tracks:
- Track 1: Disaster Management and Resilience Technologies.
- Track 2:Â Healthcare Technologies for Underserved Communities.
- Track 3:Â Sustainable Development and Environmental Technologies.
- Track 4:Â Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Technologies.
- Track 5:Â Education and Capacity Building through Technology.
- Track 6:Â Digital Inclusion and Connectivity for All.
Key Deadlines:
- Full Paper & Tutorial Proposal Submission:Â April 25, 2026.
- Notification of Acceptance:Â June 25, 2026.
- Early Bird Registration: Starts July 20, 2026.
